Line/Row information being cut off

Hello,  

I am having trouble when i print out reports, the lines are only printing out the top half of the information. 

For example -Total Current Assets           $14,000.00 -only the top of the wording for this line will show up. 

And it is not always the same line/row or the same company file (as we have various companies and various users). 

I have made the font smaller -but then it is too small to read. 

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thank you for your patience. It sounds like the issue you're experiencing with the line/row information being cut off in your printed reports may be related to the reporting issue from last week's outage. Our team has been working on resolving these issues and a temporary fix was applied recently.

    Could you please try printing your reports again to see if the issue persists? If the problem continues and the information is still being cut off, even with different font sizes, please let us know so we can look into this further and provide additional support.
