Migrating from Sage50: How do you reset the data of the company as "not new" so I can import Sage50 data?

SOLVED

I'm finally migrating from Sage50 Pro 2013 to cloud, Sage Accounting. I created our company's profile before I started the migration tool, and I must have selected Create A New Business instead of Use your Existing Sage50 data. 

I followed the instructions on this help file: https://ca-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=210202180302213&page=1&position=2&q=json

....but it didn't take me to the very beginning to give me those two options. I only get as far back as confirming the name of the company. 

I've "reset" the data twice under Data Management, and deleted whatever cookies, etc from my browser. I figured it's part of the online profile now. Chat is not available, nor has been covered in community. Help!
