I understand you are ready to migrate to Sage Cloud Accounting and having difficulties finding where to find the option to "Use your existing Sage 50 Data"

At this point, seeing that you have already tried resetting your account and you still don't see that option, the only explanation is that you are using the wrong version of Sage Accounting. If you look at the same article you've provided the link in your post, there is a Note section at the bottom stating that the feature is not available if you have signed up for Accounting Start or Standard. To take advantage of the migration tool, you need to update to Sage Accounting Plus.
