Hi my account is locked because my credit card expired.  The billing department is having difficulty assisting me.  Can you unlock my account so I can update the card information?

    Once you have access, here are the steps to update your card information:

    1. Log into your Sage Accounting Account.
    2. Click the drop-down next to your company name, select 'Manage Business Account'.
    3. Go to 'Manage my Subscription'.
    4. Choose 'Manage Payment Methods' and opt to 'Replace' your card details (not just update).
    5. Enter your new bank card information and click 'Save'.
