General Ledger Detailed Report

I am trying to print a detail of my HST GL accounts for 2020, 2021 and 2022. It printed for 2020 but when I go back to choose time period for Jan - Dec 2021 it only prints 2020. I have logged out and back in and still comes up with only 2020. 

Any suggestions please.

    Thanks for reaching out. If you've already set the correct Year-End dates and are still facing issues, it might be related to how you're selecting the report period. When generating the General Ledger report, you have the option to choose "This Financial Year," "Last Financial Year," or use the "Custom" option to specify the exact date range you need. Ensure that your Year-End Date in financial settings is correctly entered, as this impacts the report generation.

    For a detailed view of your transactions for your accounts, remember to click the relevant line to view details of each transaction. This can help in verifying if the data for 2021 and 2022 is correctly captured but not displaying as expected in the printed report.
