I love Joshua's perspective and passion for engaging with his community through charitable decisions. Engaging not only staff but the local community ensures there is a positive legacy to a business which is attractive to future talent and clients too!

Josh is a fantastic model of care for others needing to be embedded both up and down and chain of a business. Fundamentally he cares about what he does and that is clear to his clients. A really great masterclass!

It’s great to know there are some genuinely selfless people out there willing to make a difference.

I try to make a positive change in my community by giving back to it via volunteering as a coach for my local football club. It’s great to see the kids faces when they enjoy a good training session.

I was at a Sage event recently and was lucky enough to hear all about how Sage themselves give back to their communities. I think it would be good to explain what they do on here so everybody can see the commitment they make and lead by example Gill Symington - Community Manager

Good point Joanne Halsall We do have an overview of Sage's ESG strategy from Elisa Moscolin, our EVP lead for Sustainability and Foundation at Sage - so check that out and we'll share more on how Sage Foundation has enabled over 150,000 colleague volunteering hours and raised more than £1m for good causes in local communities. 

I think this is fabulous and its great to see how rewarding these things can be, particularly engaging with the community and charities. I sit on a board of trustees/directors for a local charity that focuses on 'providing a hub for the community' ... its certainly rewarding.
