Jon’s advice to start small is such a good tip.

It can be easy to be overwhelmed with the volume of things that might need to be addressed or changed which creates a daunting prospect for a business of any size.

By taking smaller steps it helps encourage both your team and yourself to see the positive changes being made.

I love that Interface was comfortable breaking their comfort zone and looking for alternative suppliers to help them with their goals. It's easy to get comfortable with the "norm" and take barriers when they are present such as suppliers not wanting to incorporate recycled materials as it wouldn't make "a difference". However, breaking these down is the only way forward!

I think its a great tip about starting small and building on that to move forward. So often it is very overwhelming to try and do everything all at one. Its amazing how it can snowball and really come together when you concentrate on one thing and start evolving any concept.
