Sage 200c Professional Bank Feeds Issue

I am having issues in getting the bank feeds function to work in Sage 200c

 

  • the feeds are live within our bank
  • they are active within Sage, the correct bank has been selected in the E-Banking section of the account setup and Bank Reconciliations selected.

 

When attempting to download the transactions from the bank feed screen Sage returns an error of HResult: -2147467261

 

I am aware that the bank feed module is a third party software through Yodlee, they reported that there were issues with the feed for our bank. This issue has now been removed from thier help page, I assume all is now well.

 

Any help would be appreciated

    We have seen this error cropping up more and more in the past few weeks. We currently have a number of outstanding tickets which are being investigated by our developers.

    To ensure that your particular case is investigated accordingly if you have not done so already could you drop us a call to technical support on 0845 111 5555 (assuming you get your support from Sage directly), otherwise if you contact your Business Partner they can liaise with us.
