Sage 200 Missing Reports

SOLVED

 Hi,

We recently installed the latest version of Sage 200 on premise on a new server. Everything appeared to go well, however, every report I try to go to shows an Unexpected Exception 'Cannot find the report file: PURCHASE\Purchase Ledger Day Book Report.report' or similar.

All the reports I'm looking to run are standard reports.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Thanks

James

It sounds like when setting up via system admin, when the core components installed, it failed. When it installs the core components it installs the reports, layouts and workspaces. Now the following depends on if you're the customer or if you're the business partner.
-If you're the customer, speak to your Business partner and either direct them to this post or to speak to Sage200Support.
-If you're the Business Partner, go into system admin, right click on sage200 sa (server on premise), properties. create a new dummy config database with a slightly different name (eg Sage200configuration1) - dont worry you wont lose anything.
-when you OK it, it will go through the process of installing the core components, watch it to see if it fails (if it fails see below).
    - if it installs correctly, go back and change the config database back to the original one on the dropdown and check the reports.

if it fails, are you using Sage on a virtual server? If so make sure you have 2 cores assigned or more and more than 4 gig of ram.

If you have to update the resources, try it again
