Yes, the xls shows on the Sales side for example - desktophelp.sage.co.uk/.../CustomerTransactions.xls -- on column AE/AF the account number /2 - so you can split the nominal postings on 1 row to multiple codes.
EG
NominalAnalysisTransactionValue/1 NominalAnalysisNominalAccountNumber/1 NominalAnalysisNominalCostCentre/1 NominalAnalysisNominalDepartment/1 NominalAnalysisNominalAnalysisNarrative/1 NominalAnalysisTransactionAnalysisCode/1
would be for the first code

NominalAnalysisTransactionValue/2 NominalAnalysisNominalAccountNumber/2 NominalAnalysisNominalCostCentre/2 NominalAnalysisNominalDepartment/2 NominalAnalysisNominalAnalysisNarrative/2 NominalAnalysisTransactionAnalysisCode/2

Hi Gary Butler, Thanks that makes perfect sense. The template only goes to /2. Therefore if I want to add in 3+ per supplier lines do I adjust the upload template?
