Emailing from Sage

When emailing debtor letters from Sage they normally go to outlook drafts folder and each letter has its own draft email. However since the update yestrday/few days ago, the letters are all going into the same email draft. So that 1 email has 10+ debtor letters. These letters should be going to individual email addresses.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

    I would suggest amending the Email Settings within the Debtors Letter .letter layout, change the 'Email message should contain' setting from 'Entire Report' to 'Group1 - SLCustomerAccounts.CustomerAccountNumber.' However I wouldn't expect this setting to change after an upgrade.

     Hi Rachael,

    When you click this option, it will open an Email from Outlook with the customers email address written in it.

    This is the end of Sage's involvement with this as Outlook now sends out the information.  If you are saying that the recipients are not receiving any text, please discuss this with your IT/Microsoft to see what issues may be causing this.
