Importing bank transactions to Sage 200

Question

I am trying to import transactions, through the nominal ledger import routine. They validate fine and show in the nominal ledger. They do not however show in the bank reconciliation process. Is there a way to import transactions from a csv source, that will show in the bank reconciliation.

Hi Brian, 
 
There is no direct import facility in the Cash Book module and it is not possible to post transactions to the Bank when importing transactions via the Nominal Ledger. 
 
If importing transactions into the Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger there is the option to select "Update Cash Book" which posts transactions to the Cash Book.

Outside of this, you would need to look at a bespoke import routine for the cashbook.
