Purchase orders not converted

I have a few orders are in limbo, for some reason eg Sage crashing they have not converted into purchase orders.

Is there any way of cancelling them? I have tried 'amend order status' and 'write off incomplete orders', but they are not showing up as a purchase order to be able to use these options.

This is for Sage 200.

Hi Catherine, I would recommend speaking to your Sage Business partner regarding this. If the order has crashed, what they need to do is firstly determine the cause of what could be causing the crash, they will then be able to fix the data so the order will not show as outstanding anymore.
