Are you using your Workspaces effectively?

Quickly and efficiently narrow your search to a specific account by creating filters which can be saved or customise columns to show just the information that you want to see.

Simply Right-click on the column header, where you’d like a particular column to appear and hover over ‘Add Column to the right’ and select the column header with the information you’d like to see. You can remove superfluous existing columns by right-clicking on them and selecting ‘Hide this Column’.

Don’t forget you can also select what appears in the child panel below the main panel, this is very useful for efficiently checking several accounts for the same information E.G. any memos that an account may have attached. Simply select ‘Memos’ in the child panel, and then scroll through the accounts in the main panel and any and all memos attached will appear immediately below.

    Some of the recent examples of workspaces I've created are:

    1/ a list of back-to-back orders showing the SOP information alongside the corresponding POP information (who I'm selling to - who I'm buying from) including profit info. The action "authorise" PO was embedded there so I could sign off that the profit margin is ok and I'm happy to place the purchase order.

    2/ Displaying the early settlement VAT so that allocations could be more easily carried out in a V2011 system. Embedded action to carry out a "customer allocation".

    3/ A list of all the traceable items I have in stock and sorted by "sell by date" so I can see what needs to be promoted and pushed.
