If you right click and run the MTD Bridge Utility as Admin does it licence correctly?

If it does you will need browse to the C:Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Sage\SageMTDBridge and copy this MTD Bridge folder to the same directory for the actual user. This will then allow them to access the MTD module.

Might be a silly question but while they havent got a firewall, do they have a proxy in place?

I forgot to update this as things have moved on. They do have a proxy but their IT assured it was configured correctly for the clients to reach http://licensing.services.sage.com/lic/services/LicenceService. However, the issue persisted so I took the proxy out of the equation by installing the utility on the Sage server.  No proxy settings there. Not surprisingly, it installed and licenced successfully.

So, I've pushed it back to their IT again.
