You can, but you;ll need to fiddle around in the Remittance layout in report designer.  In the layout, you can go to Report > Email Settings and change the attachment format to CSV.

You'll then need to rearrange the whole layout as if you export it "as is" it will show duplicates.  You may need to use a basic layout with a section of headers and a section of data, but maybe Sage RepDes technicians can be more help with this.
