I found the answer for Form Designer, Open Sage 200, open any form, press F10, then it will open Form Designer.

I'm glad you've found out how to open Form Designer.

Can you confirm if the SageTransientDataModelGenerator.exe is located in the SDK install directory? (By default its C:\Program Files(x86)\Sage 200 SDK)

To install Form Explorer, you are required to install its addon via System Administration. That will be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage 200 SDK\Form Explorer.sdbx by default.

Once you have located it, open System Administration and choose the Add-Ons option on the left, right-click in the window on the right and choose to Add New Add-On. You can then browse to the Form Explorer.sdbx and follow the prompts. Once installed you can use F9 to open Form Explorer on most forms.
