There is a table for the Requested dates - it holds the date and the quantity - look at the standard Sage layout for a purchase order to learn more.  The requested dates will need to be displayed in the DETAIL section of the report.

Hi Richard, thanks for your response. I can indeed find the requested date for each line in Sage, I just can't get it out into Excel! In "Reports Designer" I can access the requested date bucket but it only gives me the date assigned to the purchase order as a whole, rather than the individual lines. Forgive me for being a bit slow- is the DETAIL section something contained in the excel extract?

The report uses sub-reports to analyse the SOP and POP INs and OUTs'

The INS of the POP are taken from the POP Order Lines Requested Dates.

When you create your report you will need to use the DETAIL section of the report design to display the quantity and dates of the requested dates per stock item / order line(s)

NOTE: the system does not keep a note of the quantities received against the requested dates.
