Have others been told that Sage 200 (cloud based not server) is ending in Sept 2022?

Has anyone else recently noticed an increase in stability, i.e connection issues?

We had an issue this morning where cannot logon with error message: "http service located at... is unavailable. This could be because the service is too busy or because no endpoint was found listending at the specified address...."  I was told that this is because Microsoft is doing an update??
