Hi,

We currently have our sage 200 instance hosted by a 3rd party. They provide 5 RDP logins and we access sage by logging into their server via an RDP session.

We need to upgrade Sage 200 to the latest version and also we are adding an app that integrates with Sage 200.

The 3rd part have stated that whilst we currently have  1 server hosting a DC and Sage Database and 1 server hosting Remote desktop, we will now need a 3rd server as sage will not support the DB on the same server as the DC.

Is this correct?

I was looking at moving sage to Azure and only having 1 server which had the Sage Database and Remote desktop. i don't believe we actually need a Domain controller as we use Azure active directory?

Does anybody have an experience with this?
