Sage 200 | Sicon Manufacturing

Hi all

I know that Sicon is a third-party provider, but given that is the Sage preferred option I will ask a question to the community. 

We did an upgrade in Feb 2022 and since then we are experiencing massive speed issues in the Works Order Processing Module. 

Is there anyone having the same problem?

    Please contact Sicon for support with their software if you haven't done so already.

    Samuel,

    SIcon released an update on 21/07/2022 which addresses a number of performance issues within the Works Order Processing module.  Once the update is installed you should see improvements in the following areas:

    • Works Order Creation
    • Estimate Creation
    • Works Order general processing (Opening/allocating/Issuing/booking)

    The update is available for v21 upwards of the Works Order Processing module.
