when you mention that you're limited to exporting 1500 random stock files, i'm not entirely sure what you mean, how are you running the export for the stock price bands?

Are you using the option for export prices?

In Sage 200 Standard
via Export Records > Stock and Prices > Export Prices

In Sage 200 Professional 
via Price Book > Utilities > Export Prices

When I ran through this option, I was able to export all 25k+ stock price records.

i have found the reason why, it seems when you have stock items on Markup pricing you can no longer enter them into a price band or set up specific prices for a product

once i removed a product group from Markup pricing it showed in the price book

most of our groups are on Markup pricing as this saves time on changing the standard cost and the sales price every time there is a product increase

so we have to either take everything off markup pricing to be able to use the price bands or live with issue of not being able to set up customers with individual prices away from the standard list price :(
