Hi all, 

One of our Sage 200 users has reported that every few weeks, the column headers in Sales Ledger > Customer List reverts back to a default set of headers as per the image below 

This user knows how to amend the headers back to the ones she wants however I'd be curious to know how this might happen for one user? Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
