Unable to save files from Sage to local drive

Hi, I’m running safe 200 on a Remote Desktop, when I try to download files from safe into my local computer, it says windows is unable to use the network resource. Has anyone experienced this?

Eric,

Have you tried saving the file to the Remote Desktop and then copying/pasting to your local PC? There may be a permissions issue that is preventing you saving across the RDP connection.
