Nominal transaction import error - goods amount is zero

Question

Hi, I am trying to import nominal transactions to Sage 200 but keep getting the error message 'Goods amount is zero'. 
 The goods field has been filled in and sums to zero. The import has worked for me in the past but I can't work out what I am doing wrong now. Has anyone dealt with this before? Screenshots below from csv file and postings report.

 Thank you for your query. 
 With the issue you are having I would suggest trying to use the template that Sage provides:

 Within the guide above, there will be a link to download Nominal Accounts example CSV file. 
 If you can download this file and enter your data into the columns, this way we can rule out any issues with the template that you are currently using. 
 
 If you still have issues once you have done this I would suggest that you give the team a call if you are supported via Sage or if you are supported via a business partner to give them a call to look into the issues you are having.
