PA in Sage 200 is a bit of a monster of a module with so many settings etc.

Most likely i'd say your Timesheets have not been authorised/approved, so costs will not reflect the project until they are approved by an authoriser.

That's the same as what our IT said but i can't see where i'm supposed to go to authorise them, some boxes say i'm not authorised to authorise things

It might be a good to contact your support partner directly with this, as mentioned above its a bit of a monster

I did on Monday, they just told me I needed to authorise them, have pushed for more help from them. thanks though
