Hi, We are trying to add a new CSV file with a number of new products codes. We have downloaded the suggest template and completed the columns to import the new products, that we want to include a preferred Supplier for that product.
Everytime we import it does not include the Preferred Supplier, nor the Supplier Stock code/Part number.
Has anyone else had this issue or is there a work around to add this. There are literally hundreds into thousands of new items that we do not want to have to do manually.
We have ticked the box when importing to amend existing products. The products are all on the system but there are missing key details that we want to be able to import using the CSV or XL sheets.
