I was so happy to see the new functionality to export Customer and Supplier records that I almost spat my tea out when it was announced.  Great, something to save time on creating new datasets with the same customers and or suppliers. Sadly the export option doesnt export Bank Details as R&D have said that these fields cant be updated if you import "over the top" so didnt include on the export.

This is very short sighted as Business partners would use this to help create customers new datasets without having to use reports/sql etc, and even customers themselves who use the program can export and import these into new sets of data.
