Thank you very much for your feedback, itâ€s really valuable for us to hear your thoughts on the new product and we take onboard all input from Sage customers.

I did just want to give you some background that I hope helps explain why the product looks and acts the way it does. We developed the new 50 Accounts after extensive customer research and were careful to introduce it to focus groups of customers and take on board their reactions, this was an ongoing program to make the product as useful as possible for as many customers as possible before launching it to everyone.

While weâ€re grateful for all feedback, positive and negative, feedback so far from partners, accountants and customers has been overwhelmingly positive.

If you can give me some more specific points on what you donâ€t like about the new product, and what you preferred about the old Sage 50, I can feed this back to the customer experience team and make sure that it is looked at by those that are continuing to develop our new products. This new Sage 50 Accounts may be brand new but its not as good as the old Sage 50.  If it dosen't drastically improve I will be moving from Sage and I have been a customer for many years.
