Within the new Sage 50 Accounts software the Data checks and backups are completed automatically in the background, meaning that you don't need to be there and, if you run a multi-user version of Sage 50 Accounts, you don't have to get everyone to log out either! If you have a multi-company version of Sage Accounts you can even choose which companies to include.
