Now is a great time to integrate with Microsoft 365

One of the many benefits of Sage 50cloud Accounts is the option to integrate with Microsoft 365. Integration offers a number of cloud connected features, designed to save you time and give you and your colleagues access to key accounting information. When working in Microsoft 365, your colleagues don’t even need to have Sage 50cloud Accounts available to them.

Cloud backup is an obvious time saver. It means that your Sage data is automatically checked, backed up and then a copy of the backup is uploaded to Microsoft OneDrive, giving you peace of mind. If you’re not familiar with OneDrive, it’s essentially cloud storage included in your Microsoft 365 subscription.

The Sage Contact addon has come in to its own as so many of us are now working from home. It provides you and your colleagues access to key customer and supplier information, when working in Microsoft Outlook, without the need to access Sage 50cloud Accounts itself. Think about the email enquiries you get:

  • “What’s the balance on my account”
  • “Have you received my payment?”
  • “These are my current contact details.”

With Sage Contact you can access the required information and action these requests quickly,

You can also give your colleagues access to management reports without them needing to open Sage 50cloud Accounts. This is ideal for directors, managers and business owners. They simply need to log in to Microsoft 365 and access Sage Intelligence, where they can view management reports and the Sage Business Dashboard for an overview of the current position.

Integrating and getting started couldn’t be easier. More information about this, using the features outlined above and much more is available in our Help centre >
