Hi there, Just a little backstory to my problem: In Dec 2017 we did not manage to perform the year end properly and sage didn’t change the financial year to 2018. In Dec 2018, we tried the year end and once it was completed, it said your new financial year is 2018 (but we needed it to be 2019) So we performed the year end again and it eventually said your new financial year is 2019. Now, when we try to generate our last years P&L and balance sheet, it shows us 0.00 as values (as though no transactions occurred). We cannot choose to view the years prior either. Under the nominals tab, when we click P&L, it gives us option of "brought forward" and "Jan-Dec 2019". I would appreciate if someone can help sort this out. Thank you.
