Hi,

Our previous Finance manager has left the business, the system administrator account on sage is linked to her email address.

How can I change this?

Thanks for using Community Hub.

When you mention the System Administrator Account, is that the Manager login for Sage 50 Accounts, or are you looking at you Sage Online Account, Sage ID etc?

Yes, its the Manager login for Sage Line 50.
