It relates to a failed bank feed rule that hasn't been posted.

You can expand to find out more information but If you tick the box and click "mark as read" or "delete" the message will no longer come up.

Your client may be interested in v30, where we've updated how bank feed rules works and removed that message.

Thanks for the reply, there are a number of PA Transactions listed when they drilldown into the message.

Would this be a rule that they set up themselves and can it be resolved to allow these transactions to import?

Yes, this would be a rule they've set up via bank feeds to post for them.

If they open Bank Feeds and click Manage rules, they will be able to see what rules they have setup with the option to edit or view them.

As the transaction has failed, it's too late to fix it, if you need those PA transactions, you would have to post them manually.
