We are having issues connecting to Sage Drive.
At first the error message was :
- Your Sage Accounts data is out of sync with the data held on Sage Drive.
- Sage Accounts will now close to allow the current Sage Drive data to be downloaded.
- Your Sage Drive data is currently unavailable whilst it auto syncs with the cloud. Sage Accounts must now close.
We disabled the firewall.
Sage would download ~55MB of data and then hang. After it was closed the Sage Drive Service would use a lot of network resources.
After restarting it would do the same again.
After uninstalling and installing the latest version of Sage (24.2) we had the same problem.
I removed the companies from the list.
Attempted to re add the companies and got the message :
"You have already connected to the selected company on Sage Drive. Please select a different company in the list."
I want to redownload the companies from the cloud onto this computer.
