You can run that report in the archive data for the previous financial year. Go to File > Open > Open Company Archive > choose the last financial year > then nominal codes > reports > profit and loss > Profit and Loss (Monthly Breakdown)

Yes, that is good - BUT, it only goes as far as when the Year-End was run.
What I need is the PNL for the preceeding FY (or any if possible!) that includes all transaction on Sage for that FY so that the Auditors "Adjustments" (Open Balance Journal) entries are included.

Instead could you try selecting Nominal Codes > Reports > Profit and Loss and run the Transactional Profit and Loss report.

This will allow you to run for a date range so you could run for your previous financial year.

Hi John,

I'm afraid there isn't a report to run that allows you to select a financial year.  It would either be the transactional one ran for the financial year you want, or the standard Profit and Loss that runs for this financial year only.

The transactional report if ran for your financial year should also include all the information you need (presuming the auditor adjustments are dated within that financial year.  Is there something specific you'd need to see on the report that this one couldn't provide?
