Sage Drive should sync layouts in the same way as a network setup, though it can take some time to do so.

If this isn't happening it would be worthwhile taking a layouts only backup and restoring it onto the server machine in the first instance.  If the layouts still fail to sync please let me know.

Reports are by default stored on your individual machine instead of the server.  You can change this via Settings > Company Preferences > Reporting and check the box to Use Datapath for reports.
