If you go into File > Maintenance > Check Data are there any errors reported at all or any warnings that appear in this list?

Dear Paul,

I have check the data and have got one error and couple of warnings. I wanted to print these errors but it only prints 10 pages. I am trying to print to PDF so that I can refer to these while correcting. Please see the second picture below. How can I print these if the report goes more than 10 pages?

Secondly, the only error which is as below. How do I drill down to this to fix it?

Hi Amit. 

To resolve the error go to File > Maintenance > Recovery Tools, when prompted, take a backup. Click Recalculate Order Allocations > OK, then Recalculate Project History > OK > Close when complete. When prompted to check the data again, click Yes. If the error has cleared, you can then resolve the warnings regarding 'Total base net, total base tax, total net and total tax'.
