How/where do I print the DELNEWA4.layout?

Question

I have edited the DELNEWA4.layout but cannot see where/how to print this? We have a GDNPRNT.report but this only works after despatch. I need a Delivery Note/Packing List before despatch. I've tried copying the layout file into various folders but even the original layout file doesn't appear anywhere.

Hi Melanie. 
 The DELNEWA4.layout template that you have edited needs to be saved in the layouts folder in the data directory. To check your data directory, log in to the company > go to Help > About > under program details section, check your data directory. The layouts folder will sit along side the Accdata folder.
