Lead times on Products

Is it possible to enter lead times on products, in Sage 50 Accounts Professional, or will I need to get an add-on?

    Thanks for using our Product Support Community.

    It’s not possible to enter or record lead times in Sage 50c Accounts. However, there's a number of Sage integrated software which has been developed by the Sage Developer Network, some of which you may be able to use to do this.

    For details and information on the companies who have developed integrated software you can visit the Sage Additions area of our website.

    You'll need to: 

    1. Select 'Enter search text:' - type in the relevant search text, for example Lead times.
    2. Select from dropdown list 'Which Sage product is it for?'
    3. Click 'Search'

    This will list the Sage addition software and the supplier, as well as giving further information about the software and the supplier contact details.

    Thanks, all add ons are too expensive. I think I'll suggest it as a product improvement. But in the mean time I'm going to write my own Access database. Sage support suggested Sage Batch Controller but at £2400 to start for one user... The cost is prohibitive.
