Thanks for using the Sage Business Community

First of all, edit the report to open it in the Report Designer. Go to View > Properties (if it's not already showing at the right).

In section 5, select the Order variable and in Properties > Behaviour section > Suppress Duplicates > change the drop down from ORDER_NUMBER Footer to (None).

Repeat for the Data, Account and Name variables. 

File > Save As > Save.

The copy will automatically save into the My SOP Reports folder in Sales Orders > Reports.
