Has any one come across an issue where Sage Drive is getting locked by a Sage 50 session left open in a closed RDP session.
I am not conclusive on this but I certainly appeared to clear a locked Sage Company, this week, by locating the RDP session with, the logged in Sage, and "logging out".
By locked I mean that, if you were logged in, you couldn't do anything with a progress bar stating that you were waiting for a Sage Drive user. And if you tried to log in you were also waiting for a particular Sage Drive user.
Possibly of interest, and added confusion, was the fact that the named user was not the one that I feel was causing the lock.
