If we use Sage Capture to upload all receipts etc will the external accountant be able to view these through sage drive at year end?

Question

We are aiming to reduce documents printed and physically stored but still need to provide our accountant access. Does sage drive give the accountant full access to all loaded documents.

Unfortunately, that isn't possible.

Hi Giselle, 
 While they wouldn't be able to view the images with just Sage Drive access, they could do so if they are part of your Office 365 group for One Drive. 
 When they try to click a link to view an image, they will be asked to log into One Drive. Presently their login won't work as they are not part of your group. But if you add them to this, they can then view the documents in the same way you would.
