Reinstall problems

 Hi

I had a problem during the upgrade from v23 to v24.  I was told to uninstall then reinstall Sage 50 accounts to overcome this.

I remove all parts of Sage as instructed on your guides and reinstalled my v23 from the disc.

It has now come up with "Your accounts data is formatted for Sage 5 accounts 2018, but you are currently using sage 50 acounts 2017.

Please use Sage 50 accounts 2018 to open your accounts data"

What should I do?

Bear in mind that the program ran after upgrade but was corrupting data.  I have pre-upgrade back-ups so do not want it to re-install a post-upgrade version.
