Statement to email problems since update

Question

I have updated to v24 but now my outlook is not compatible. Has anyone rectified this problem yet? I have version 1801 click to run 365 
 Microsoft are saying my version is upto date and should be fine

Hi Jenifer, 
 Please click here to view our System Requirements for Sage 50 Accounts v24. 
 Unfortunately click to Run versions of Outlook are not compatible so if possible, please install Office as a 32-bit, non-click to run version and it should then be compatible with v24.
