Memo attachments - SageDrive

Hi, I have a problem with attachments and Sage Drive. I believe that memos attached are not updated by Sage Drive. Therefore, if I am working remotely and add a supplier statement as a memo to the supplier account, no one else in the organisation will be able to see it.

Equally, if someone in the office adds a memo the only way I will be able to see it is if I log on to the network via VPN (or go in to the office) as SageDrive will not sync memos to me.

I hope there is a simple solution to this.

Paul, I've spoken to the Support team and they have advised that memos are not updated by Sage Drive, there is no work around unfortunately.

This isn’t an issue we’re aware of. Due to this, there are a few variables that we would need to check with you before we can resolve this for you. Paul, can you provide any further update to clarify the different answer, suggesting you can't sync memos, received from Sage support.

It’s not possible to upload memos via Sage Drive. However, you can log this as a suggestion to improve our Sage Accounts software on our Ideas Community: https://communities.sage.co.uk/ideas/

To log your idea select Sage 50 Accounts and then Submit an idea.

Once logged, we’ll be able to use your idea and help us to shape your Sage software. Other customers will also be able to vote on your idea.
