ID revoked

Hi, I am trying to set up Sage 50c on a second computer, I have downloaded the software but when I try and log into my account it says sage ID has had access revoked, or the company has been deleted from sage drive

    When trying to access Sage Drive, you receive a message advising your access has been revoked.
