As we all know, products which show on red on the main product list, appear red as the total amount in stock is less than the Re-Order Level.

We are finding that it is a little hard for us to see which goods need to be ordered, as the above does not take into account the amount which is showing on order.

For Example - one product we have set up as a Re-order level of 1765.00

We currently have 619.00 in stock

However we have 1630.00 on order

The total of goods in stock and on order exceeds 1765.00 (Total is 2249.00 and exceeds by 484.00)

Is there a way in which this setting can calculate the combined In stock and On Order Totals - as with many suppliers we have to put orders in a few month in advance.

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated on this.
