PC not connecting to Sage drive after removing company, and failing to re-add from Sage Drive.

Help. We were having trouble with data not being updated on a PC from the drive. I removed the company to re-add via data connection on Sage drive but it would not let me, saying that the company already existed.

The only way I could add the company was to restore from back up which I knew wouldn't work. 

How do I get this PC to communicate with Sage drive.

I also noticed that the Main Site PC was running with its files from CompanyData/2017 whereas the two remote PC's are running from CompanyData/2018. Could this be the reason why certain things were not communicating originally? EG. Mods to templates.

    What it looks like we'll need to do is remove the Sage Drive files and folders from that PC so we can then reconnect it. 

    What you will need to do is start a webchat or give us a call on 0845 111 5555 and we'll get that sorted for you.

    In terms of the data directory showing 2017 and 2018, this won't matter if they're connected via Sage Drive.
