server error /in application, page pops up with this error.. any help please

Hi Kamran,

This isn’t a message we’re aware of. To enable us to investigate this for you could you please answer the following:

Could you please provide the full and exact wording of the message.

When does this message appear, e.g. when you try to open the software, when you try to create an invoice, etc?

Does this message appear in your live company data?

Does this message appear in the Demo data?

Who do you log into Sage Accounts as, e.g. Kamran, etc?

If you log into Sage Accounts as a different user, e.g. Manager, does the message still appear?

Are you able to run Check Data in File > Maintenance? If so, are there any errors reported?
