Sage freezes when running a VAT return

Question

Hi 
 My Sage freezes when I run a VAT return, other users can run it and I can run it on there computers. 
 I've tried removing and reinstalling Sage but it made no difference. 
 We're running V22. 
 Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to resolve it?

Hi Kirsty, 
 As the VAT return runs ok for you and other users on their computers and because you&rsquo;ve already uninstalled and reinstalled Sage 50 Accounts on your computer, this indicates that the problem is with your PC. 
 Ensure any antivirus software is disabled on your computer and try the VAT return again. 
 If the issue continues to occur, log on to the computer as a Windows administrator, or create a new user with full administrator rights.
